About RJC Inc

Robert J. Coles Jr., started RJC Inc. in the year 2000, after seventeen years of professional architectural practice and nine years in facilities project management.

RJC Inc was conceived as primarily a Construction Management Firm in 2000. Since then the firm has grown and developed as a Construction Management + Architectural Practice capable of handling large or small-scale projects.

 RJC Inc has provided owners, developers and facilities departments with independent construction management services, necessary in contracting for multiple prime contracts, site due diligence, managing architectural/engineering contracts, and other construction services. Services include: Design, funding analysis, planning, construction cost estimating, political/public relations, site selection and evaluation, design review services, administration of design and engineering contracts, and construction management of general contractors. RJC Inc has been providing construction management and design services to several key clients including the United States Postal Service, Thompson Housing, Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara, Horizon Airlines, Santa Barbara Yacht Club, University of California of Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara Community College.
