Proposal to develop 49 new multi-family units on a 3.56-Acre vacant parcel in the following mix of unit types: 25 studios, 12 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, all distributed in 2 two-story buildings, and 6 one-story duplexes.

Proposal to develop 2 one-bedroom ADA units, 14 one-bedroom standard units, 2 two-bedroom ADAunits, 6 two-bedroom standard units, and 9 three-bedroom units on a 1.1-Acre vacant parcel, distributed  in 2 two-story buildings, and 1 one-story commercial building.
