Principal. Investigation, Design and Bidding and Construction support for the modernization of two, two-stop elevators including elevator equipment, controls, fire alarm interfacing, and cabin upgrades. 

Approximately $0.37 million in project costs.

Whittier Fire Alarm System

Client: USPS

Whittier, CA, built in 2021 - present

Approximately 37,000 SF building over a 176,000 SF facility.

Principal. Facility Assessment and Code Analysis for the installation of mechanized equipment in a Post Office. Designed fire lane connection to city, Generated basis for fire sprinkler system, design build JOC contract.

Approximately $0.76 million in project costs.

Emergency Power Upgrades

Honolulu, HI, built in 2022

Approximately 300,000 SF building.

Principal. Investigation, Design and Bidding and Construction support for the installation of a 1.8 MW power generator and associated switchgear upgrades.

Approximately $2.4 million in project costs.
